Everfield has completed the acquisition of 1Check, a France-based software company specializing in workforce management software for cleaning and maintenance operations. The acquisition strengthens Everfield’s workforce management vertical and deepens its position within hospitality segment across Europe.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Nice, 1Check provides a mission-critical platform that enables customers to organize, monitor, and execute housekeeping and maintenance activities.
1Check serves a diversified customer base across hotels, camping sites, clinics and facility management companies, with clients such as Club Med, Hilton, and Puy Du Fou.
The solution combines smart scheduling with real-time task planning and tracking, alongside service request handling and intervention reporting. Available on both mobile and web, the platform enables seamless collaboration between managers and on-site teams.
In addition to its core functionality, 1Check offers a range of operational modules that support cleaning and maintenance workflows, including lost-and-found management, compliance logbooks, temporary staffing coordination, textile care, and inventory management.
By simplifying complex daily processes within a single system, 1Check improves operational efficiency and significantly reduces friction for frontline staff, an important advantage in sectors facing ongoing labor shortages and high employee turnover.
The platform is well positioned for further European expansion, with the product already available in French, English, and Spanish. As part of Everfield, the team gains access to a strong European software ecosystem and hands-on operational support, helping drive faster product development and broader market expansion.
Pierre Lafon, Founder and CEO of 1Check, will continue to lead the company following the acquisition and remain closely involved in product development and customer relationships.
“Joining Everfield supports our long-term ambition to accelerate 1Check’s development while remaining true to our DNA, the quality of our product, and our commitment to helping customers digitize their operational teams,” said Pierre Lafon, Founder & CEO of 1Check.
“1Check addresses some of the most operationally complex challenges in hospitality,” said Maxime Roi, Investment Lead at Everfield. “It adds a strong, mission-critical product to our workforce management vertical and brings additional depth to our Hospitality & Leisure ecosystem.”
This transaction is Everfield’s sixth acquisition in France, underscoring its growing presence in the hospitality sector. With 1Check joining the group, Everfield continues to strengthen an ecosystem of vertical market and specialist software companies serving core operational needs across Europe.
