Riga, 22. September 2023. Software group Everfield is excited to announce the acquisition of SIA AGroup (“AGroup”), a leading provider of HR solutions in the Baltics and Poland. The acquisition enables AGroup to continue to invest in product innovation and accelerate its growth, with the full support and resources of Everfield. This transaction represents Everfield’s 11th acquisition in the last twelve months.
AGroup is a leading HRM solution provider in the Baltics and Poland with a specialized offering of solutions for multinational corporates with a distributed workforce, well known under the brand “HRB Portal”. Key parts of the offering are mission critical localized payroll, admin HR, time and attendance, self-service functionality for non-professional users, extended workforce management, “soft” HR modules as well as flexible workflow engine customisation and integration capabilities.

The AGroup team will continue to be available to customers at the existing locations in Riga, Warsaw, Tallinn and Vilnius.
