Everfield Acquires Ecologic, a Polish Provider of Fleet Management Software

Written by Everfield | 1 July 2026

Everfield, a buy-and-hold investor in European B2B SaaS businesses, has completed the acquisition of Ecologic, a Warsaw-based fleet management software provider serving some of Poland’s largest corporate car fleets. The acquisition is Everfield’s third investment in Poland and seventh in Central and Eastern Europe, a region that has become an integral part of its pan-European software ecosystem.

Founded in 2013, Ecologic helps enterprises reduce fleet operating costs, improve driver safety, and automate fleet administration. Today it manages over 30,000 vehicles for customers ranging from large corporates to SMEs across the FMCG, financial services, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors, including Unilever, Philip Morris International, British American Tobacco, Veolia, Rossmann, Skanska, Santander Bank, and Pfizer.

Ecologic’s scalable platform combines telematics, fleet ERP, driver gamification, and safe-driving training, available individually or as a bundle. The product is known for fast, non-disruptive deployment and a behaviour-led approach that engages drivers directly through a mobile app.

Co-founders Emil Żak (CEO) and Robert Bastrzyk (Head of Sales) will continue to lead Ecologic, with the team in Warsaw remaining in place.

Emil Żak commented: “Building Ecologic over the last 13 years has been an incredible journey. What started as a vision to help companies manage fleets more effectively has grown into a platform trusted by some of Poland's leading organisations.

“As Ecologic enters its next phase from a position of strength, it was important for us to find a partner who shares our long-term vision and understands what it takes to build and scale successful software businesses. Everfield stood out through its permanent ownership model, operational expertise, and strong network of B2B SaaS companies across Europe.

“Joining the Everfield ecosystem gives us access to valuable experience and best practices, while allowing us to continue building Ecologic with the same team, culture, and commitment to our customers that have defined the company from the beginning. Together with Robert and the entire Ecologic team, I am excited about the opportunities this creates for our customers, employees, and partners in the years ahead,” added Emil.

Rafal Morlak, Country Manager for Poland & CEE at Everfield, added: Ecologic is the kind of business Everfield is built to support: a modern platform, a strong customer base, and founders committed to long-term growth. Emil and Robert have built an end-to-end product portfolio to effectively manage passenger car fleets, delivering tangible cost savings to clients from day one and promoting responsible driving through their driving style assessment. Further growth will be driven by increasing digital adoption of fleet management solutions among enterprise and SME clients - and with Everfield's operational expertise and European SaaS network behind them, that growth will accelerate.”

Ecologic joins Everfield's Field & Workforce Operations vertical alongside companies such as 1Check (France), Frontu (Lithuania), Motivity (UK), and Nvolve (Ireland), part of Everfield's wider ecosystem of more than 40 B2B software businesses across Europe. The acquisition reflects Everfield's continued investment in Central and Eastern Europe as a strategic software market.
