Everfield, the Europe-based, long-term B2B software investor, has completed another acquisition with the purchase of 4GL, a Spanish provider of gas station management solutions. This marks Everfield’s first investment in Spain.
Located in Murcia, 4GL is one of the leading providers of management solutions for gas stations of major Spanish brands. Their flagship products, a point of sale (PoS) solution Garum, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tool Magon, seamlessly work together to manage all supply chain and business tasks to successfully manage gas stations. Other customers include oil companies, cooperatives, marinas, and transport companies.
By joining Everfield, 4GL will accelerate its growth in the Spanish market, allowing them to further consolidate their position as a market leader. Maintaining the brand and culture that have been central to 4GL's success, the integration strengthens their valued customer-centric approach.
4GL will continue to be led by CEO Alfonso Carrasco Segado, who has been instrumental to the company’s success. Additionally, Alfonso Carrasco Lozano will step up to take on more operational responsibility.
The continuity and reinforcement of the management team will contribute to its expansion and enhance 4GL's innovative approached, while maintaining the company's values and closeness to its customers, a human factor that is part of its DNA.
