Inforum's mission is to create, make available, and think about the future software tools that textile care professionals need. They are among the leading software providers for the textile industry in France with four main products: Gesticlean, Brooclean, Clean & Collect, and Cash Up’.
Gesticlean, Inforum’s most popular and longest standing product, is a dry-cleaning store management solution. Their software simplifies the complex dry cleaning logistics process in one solution — from managing orders and invoicing to customer communication. It includes a scanner and printers for customer receipts and clothing coupons, which integrates with common point of sale (POS) providers.
Brooclean is a highly flexible ERP solution tailored to the laundry industry, providing additional features like subcontracting dry cleaning and managing textile rentals.
Clean & Collect is a directory application for dry cleaning and laundry operators, so customers can find a nearby service provider quickly and easily. Businesses set their own prices, services, and operating hours, providing the independence and autonomy to operate as they do best. Clean & Collect was created in cooperation with the French Federation for Dry Cleaners and Laundries (FFPB) and the Dyeing and Cleaning Technical Center (CTTN).
Cash Up’ is a certified solution allowing retailers, publishers, and developers of POS software to easily make their software compliant with French legislation to combat VAT fraud. Their customers include multinational companies, such as retailer Fnac Darty.
Founded in 1992 in picturesque La Roche-sur-Foron close to the Swiss border, Inforum has around 1500 customers in Europe and Africa.
