Europe-based, long-term investor and growth accelerator Everfield has acquired their second Spanish company with the purchase of Gstock, a Spanish provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for stock and warehouse management of food and beverages in the hospitality, restaurants, and catering industry.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Madrid, Gstock enables real-time monitoring of raw material consumption while managing purchases, inventory, stock, recipes and controlling shrinkage. Its core product, a comprehensive purchasing and stock management solution for restaurants, hotels and other companies in the Horeca industry, is one of the first to offer cloud services for the hospitality market in Spain.
Thanks to the team’s in-depth knowledge and expertise in the hospitality market, constant investment in R&D and continuous support to its customers, Gstock has establish itself as one of the main inventory management solutions present today in more than 1,800 establishments.
The acquisition of the company by Everfield will enable Gstock to further expand in the Spanish and broader European food and beverage (F&B) sector and confirms their position as the preferred stock and raw materials management solution on the market.
The company will continue to be led by founder and CEO Federico Fritzsch Inglés, and the rest of the management team, including CTO Luis Matesanz, and Managing Director Germán Fritzsch Inglés.
The combination of the industry knowledge of Gstock’s management team and Everfield's extensive experience in supporting software companies will enable Gstock to accelerate its growth and continually improve and expand on their product offering.
Customers will benefit from further focus on a growing set of product features and support that allows them to improve efficiency and decision making for future profitability.
