Everfield has acquired Munich-based software company ParkHere (https://park-here.eu/), a leading provider of smart parking technology. ParkHere‘s solution makes it easy for companies to allocate and manage parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations for employees.
Parking spaces are digitally recorded in the ParkHere software, employees can manage their bookings with a mobile app, and a sensor provides automatic entry to garages using a QR code or license plate recognition technology. The company’s customer base is growing strongly, and includes Henkel, Telefónica, Zurich Versicherung and HochTief. As a new member of Everfield, ParkHere continues to strengthen its growth plans.

ParkHere offers companies a complete solution consisting of software and hardware to digitally capture and efficiently manage existing parking spaces.
“With the help of an app, authorised employees can see in real time what parking is available and make reservations,” explains Clemens Techmer, co-founder and new co-CEO of ParkHere. “The tedious search for parking is a thing of the past, and employees can begin their working days stress-free.”
The ParkHere app also integrates with Microsoft Teams, allowing employees to reserve their parking space using software applications they use regularly during work hours. Finally, employees who pay for their parking spaces at work can do so based on time used, rather than a monthly lump sum.
ParkHere also controls access to car parks or parking spaces via a digital access system. By means of license plate recognition or QR code access, employees or visitors gain access, for example by automatically opening a barrier.
