Everfield, a long-term investor accelerating the growth of mission-critical software companies across Europe, has completed the acquisition of teeone.golf, Spain’s leading golf club management platform, along with The Mulligan Factory, the developer of Clapphouse, the country’s most widely used mobile app for golf clubs and facilities, which is fully integrated with teeone.golf.
Founded in 2000, teeone.golf provides a purpose-built software suite designed exclusively for the golf industry. By focusing on the unique needs of golf clubs, rather than adapting software from other sectors, the company has maintained a leading market position for more than 25 years. Supporting over 200 clubs across Iberia, teeone.golf offers a comprehensive cloud-based platform that streamlines every aspect of golf club management — from bookings and memberships to tournaments and online portals for visitors and members. The suite connects seamlessly with hotel, accounting, CRM systems, and other popular third-party solutions, and integrates exclusively with Clapphouse.

Headquartered in Barcelona, The Mulligan Factory, creator of Clapphouse, has been helping golf clubs digitize operations since 2016. Fully integrated with teeone.golf, Clapphouse enhances the golfer experience by, amongst other functionalities, managing bookings, tracking scores digitally, and connecting members with their clubs in real time. Alongside the app, The Mulligan Factory offers a new line of interactive screens and connected hardware, providing clubs with a complete, one-stop solution to modernize operations.
Together, teeone.golf and The Mulligan Factory form a deeply integrated golf technology ecosystem that combines powerful back-office tools with intuitive, high-impact interfaces to deliver an engaging member experience.
The acquisition will enable both companies to accelerate innovation, expand their product capabilities, and continue setting the standards for golf club management technology.
“As CEO of teeone.golf, I’m truly delighted with this deal, which we’ve been working on for the last weeks. Throughout my career leading the company, this is probably the decision I feel most proud of. I have no doubt that the future of teeone.golf is, from this moment on, even brighter than its past — and that’s saying a lot for a company that has been leading its sector for more than a quarter of a century,” shared Ricardo Pascual Naveda.
“Above all, this is fantastic news for our clients. They can be sure we’re part of a strong, stable group with an exceptional capacity for innovation — something that’s not easy to find in Europe. The partnership between teeone.golf and Clapphouse is now taking a major, and much-needed, step forward to keep evolving at the demanding pace set by technology. Together, we’re better equipped than ever to help golf clubs embrace digital transformation with confidence, reliability, and innovation,” he added.

“Joining Everfield marks a major milestone in our journey to build the most powerful management software suite for golf clubs in Spain. This partnership will unleash a wave of improvements across every area — from customer support to product development and innovation. With Everfield’s proven experience and deep know-how, we’re ready to accelerate our vision and set a new standard in the Spanish market — this is a true turning point,” commented Lluís Llavina, CEO of The Mulligan Factory.
After a highly valuable period leading the company, Ricardo Pascual will be stepping down from his position as CEO, and Lluís Llavina will take on the leadership of this new phase.
“This transition marks a natural step in our evolution and reflects the ambition to continue growing with a renewed vision, while ensuring full continuity with the solid foundation established,” Ricardo added.
Within Everfield’s wider ecosystem of European software businesses, the acquisition of teeone.golf and The Mulligan Factory deepens its position in the Hospitality & Leisure vertical across Iberia and reflects its focus on helping mission-critical solutions reach their full potential.
“teeone.golf and The Mulligan Factory are outstanding examples of best-in-class, highly specialized software platforms with deep-rooted customer relationships and a strong, expanding market footprint,” said Ignacio Villalón Perez-Artacho, Country Manager for Iberia at Everfield.
“We are truly enthusiastic about welcoming both teams to the Everfield family. Their unmatched expertise and deep understanding of the golf sector create an exciting and strategically important niche for Everfield within the Hospitality & Leisure vertical. This acquisition represents a perfect fit with our long-term vision of partnering with exceptional, specialist software businesses — supporting them to scale sustainably, accelerate innovation, and further expand their product offerings to deliver even greater value to their customers,” added Ignacio.
