Everfield acquires point-of-sale software provider helloTESS!

Everfield, a long-term investor and growth accelerator for European B2B software companies, has acquired helloTESS!, an industry leading point-of-sale (POS) solution, tailored to catering companies, hotels, franchise businesses, and the restaurant industry.

helloTESS!, the flagship brand of TESSERO GmbH, allows restaurant and hospitality businesses to streamline their operations and boost customer engagement with its iPad-based POS system.

Their software offers a robust suite of features, including order management, invoicing, real-time reporting, mobile ordering, CRM integrations, loyalty programs, and offline capabilities. helloTESS! delivers a comprehensive, all-in-one solution designed to seamlessly support the operations of a modern hospitality business.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Munich, Germany, helloTESS! works with many well-known customers, including multinational companies such as MotelOne, Coffee Fellows and Compass Group.
