European B2B software group Everfield has acquired French textile software company Inforum. Specialising in software solutions for the textile care industry, Inforum is among the leading providers in France in this segment. The company is renowned particularly for its dry cleaning software GestiClean. By providing operational support and access to internal expertise in B2B software, Everfield will support Inforum’s continued organic growth.
“Inforum is a well-established provider of specialised B2B software solutions, making it a great match for our pan-European ecosystem of software companies,” highlighted Thomas Savinel, Acquisitions Manager for France at Everfield. “Together with the experienced team around CEO David Berardozzi, we will focus on expanding Inforum’s already strong market position in the textile care industry. At the same time, we will support the company in pursuing complementary growth initiatives.”

Mr. Berardozzi and his team will continue to operate Inforum’s business from the existing location in La Roche-sur-Foron. However, with this acquisition, Inforum additionally gains access to Everfield’s support and resources.
“Joining Everfield enables us to continue improving our solutions to the textile care industry, thereby benefitting our existing customer base, while also seizing new business opportunities”, Mr. Berardozzi added.
At the core of Inforum’s business lie its three software solutions for the textile care industry. The company is best known for its dry cleaning solution GestiClean. This dry cleaning store management solution is used in over 1000 dry cleaners and has been continuously developed since Inforum’s foundation in 1992.
Inforum also created Brooclean, a highly flexible ERP solution tailored to the laundry industry. In addition to regular laundry operation, Brooclean offers additional features such as subcontracting dry cleaning, or managing textile rentals.
Inforum also launched Clean & Collect, an application that connects operators of dry cleaners and laundries with their customers by showing nearby dry cleaners. Clean & Collect is the result of a cooperation between Inforum with the French Federation for Dry Cleaners and Laundries (FFPB) as well as the Dyeing and Cleaning Technical Center (CTTN).
Alongside Inforum’s products for the textile care industry, Mr. Berardozzi and his team developed Cash Up’ FR, a solution tailored towards retailers, publishers and developers of point-of-sale software. Cash Up’ FR is a certified solution allowing users to easily bring their point-of-sale software into compliance with French legislation to combat VAT fraud. The customer base of Cash Up’ FR includes established multinational retail company Fnac Darty.
